The Alcazaba is one of the most important historic places in Malaga because it has so much history. Many well-known people, such as the Catholic Kings, have been there. Then, they took over the Alcazaba from the Muslim population and they lived inside. The main characteristics are the three concentric walls that surround it. These walls helped to improve a high military security system. The Alcazaba is located below the Gibralfaro Castle and has a schedule for the visitors to go and visit it.
